Download the PTA Reimbursement Voucher here ( PTA reimbursement voucher.pdf [Adobe Acrobat PDF - 52.66 KB]) and submit along with your receipt to Tippit PTA Treasurer, Sheila Adams.
Please note that sales tax is not reimbursable. To make a tax-exempt purchase for approved PTA items, use Tippit's tax ID.
